The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Parcel Shipping time: Depends on the shipping method you paid 

  • Flat Rate Shipping: 15-30 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping: 7-20 Business Days

The shipping fee of the products depends on the Shipping method + Destination + Weight of the order.

To determine the shipping fee for items in your Cart:

1.Select Proceed to Checkout.

2.Select or add your shipping address.

3.Select a payment method.

4.The total shipping cost will be listed under Order Detail

Note: The shipping fee is depended on the shipping method + Destination + Weight of the order ;

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

After the payment is confirmed, It normally takes 5-8 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays or weekends.

Tracking Number

 

Once the order is shipped out, a tracking number will be updated within 24 hours. A shipping notification email will be sent to you by our system,

You can find the tracking number and the relevant tracking link in that email as well.
